Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
We have the Chicco travel system and LOVE IT!!! We did not get the snap and go, honestly, it is the same weight as the travel system itself-plus I felt the seat was more secure in the travel system.
I love my chicco system!

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
I bought the Graco Snugride and the snap and go and then I boughtthe Maclaren stroller for when got bigger. After was born I ended up returning everything except the Graco snugride carseat. I bought the City Mini stroller with the adapter for the carseat. It's the easiest, best thing I bought! So glad I did that cause whenever is crying (cause he likes motion) and I have to transfer him from the car to the stroller it's a fast and easy transition. Just a piece of advice I figured I'd share. is 3 months old now and I am so glad that I didn't go with my original plan... You can always make changes... GL with whatever you decide!

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
I feel better hearing that people are happy with the travel system. I'm going back to BRU tonight to double check the strollers and see if I still feel uneasy about it. Thanks girls!

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
For me, personally, a travel system is too much bulk to deal with. I want things as stream lined and simple as possible. I am going with just a snap and go then a lightweight stroller for when the baby outgrows the infant seat. I really don't have the space in my house to store all this- but even if I did I can't see myself as a travel system kind of person...

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
I am really torn because although I know the travel system stroller is heavy compared to a lot of the lightweight stroller its has more storage, and I feel has more support for a younger baby. Most of them also have trays with cup holders compared to the lightweight strollers which that option is hard to find.

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
After asking a lot of friends, I registered for a Snap N Go and a Maclaren.
Most people I spoke with only used the travel system stroller as a Snap N Go and then ended up buying something lighter weight when the baby was out of the infant seat. They also complained that the carseat from the travel system took up a good portion of their trunk.
I love the Snap N Go and I love my Maclaren.

I had both travel system and snap and go. The snap and go is so nice to have in the beginning!!! I'm glad I got both.

Re: So I registered for a travel system originally but now
my sil has this and she hates it she loved the car seat but hte baby hated the stroller and she hated it tooo the baby couldnt get comfortable and she said it was tooo bumpy to let the baby sleep.
she uses the baby jogger mini now n had the snap and go for the car seat
hope this helps
i have a bugaboo which i love and bought the attachment for the car seat overall most probably would not buy a bugaboo again takes too long to put together and takes up a lot of space
i would most probably get a snap and go and then a mini jogger or maclaren for when he out grows the carseat. that is wat i learned from my experiences
good luck
