I came across some great ones at BJ's...they have these packs of 3 on bath sets (lotions, etc.) or stuffed decorative snowmen for get this...$20!!! All three in the package are individually wrapped. I can clean up 3 people worth of gifts for $20.00. Can't beat that!

I wanted to bump this thread and add a few things I just saw at BJ's for under $20!
Small Godiva gift set
MANY different Lindt and other chocolate gift sets
olive oil set with dipping bowls
body lotion gift sets
Starbucks gift sets - they had 2 different kinds. one for $15 and a bigger one for $20

I second the Starbucks gift sets...
They usually go on sale two weeks prior to the end of the year if you can wait that long before purchasing for the holidays...

I make food theme baskets with stuff I buy at the harry & david outlet & baskets I buy on sale at other stores all year long. they usually cost about $20 to make a basket that would sell for $50-60 if you bought it made up.
