You know that feeling when you eat too much and you just want to unbutton your pants... i am starting to feel like that, except there is nothing to unbutton...

Dont you feel like the skin on your stomach cant stretch anymore and your going to explode lol thats how I feel every night after I finish eating dinner lol

this is exactly how im feeling the past two nights in a row....its like bloating to the max!!!!!!!!! it can get uncomfortable

I get this feeling every time I eat something. Like my skin is going to tear open if I eat one more thing. The only thing that makes it feel better is when I lay on my side for a few minutes.

i have to stop eating dinner half way, and walk up and down the stairs once or twice, so i can fit the rest it.
Last night we went out for my moms b day and I ate so much for dinner, i thought i was going to explode, I tried not to eat too many carbs either.
