Can you tell me what your kids or neices/nephews or students are really into? I know the Wiggles are really popular and Dora and Blues CLues.....
Are there any others?
What makes your kids loves them so much?
What makes you like them for your kids to watch?
What in your opinion created this "cult following"?

They are all over the place. There is a store on Wantagh Ave that gets delivers on Tuesday and they are sold out be the time they close that night!!

It actually a small stuffed animal (like the size of a beanie baby) that you get a certificate for when you buy it. You then register the webkin on the webkin website and you have to take care of it though the internet. You have to earn points for it and then you use those points to buy it food, clothes, toys, etc. It's actually really fun.

Ryan loves Dora & Diego, I think he likes the shows because 1)they are interactive (sort of) and 2.) they speak 2 languages
he also LOVES Thomas the train. I have no idea why. The shows are weird. Like pictures of actual toy trains traveling on a cartoonish model/train back ground with a narrator. Appearance is so opposite of all the other cartoons he loves

My neice who is 2.5 loves Dora, Caillou, Barney and Sesame Street (especially Elmo). She like teletubbies for about a day but thank god we got her away from them. That is one annoying show!

My niece- disney princesses, dora, diego, little einsteins, winnie the pooh (she's almost 4)
my nephew- sesame street (mainly elmo but all), dora, thomas the train, winnie the pooh (he's almost 3)

Yes and the problem with this and that the kids "need" to be online all the time so they can take care of them!
