XP from Home board: Contractors who will work in the city
One of my co-workers is buying a condo in Manhattan and is looking for recommendations for a contractor. Does anyone know of a good/reliable one?

My husband is a carpenter in Manhattan. Your friend can contact him and he can refer her to one of the contractors he works with.
