WWYD - godson b-day party but not really talking to his parents
my godson bday party is this saturday and currently his mom and I aren't speaking to each other. His bday isn't til Tuesday and I see him at daycare. should i just give him the gift then? btw she didn't even send me an invite. what should i do?

If you didn't get an invite, don't go.
Give him his present at daycare to open when he gets home. Or you can send the gift right to their house. Or, have someone bring the gift for you to be opened at the party...when he opens it, and the card is read, she'll be taken back by the fact that there was a gift from you there.

You wouldnt want the mom thinking you are undermining her by secretly handing her son a gift. Just send to the house and let her do the right thing.

I agree.
If my sister (who I don't speak to) ever showed up at school & gave my kid a gift, I'd have a huge issue with her.

how did u find out about the party?
I would mail the gift or call and ask if u can come by and drop off a gift for godson. be the bigger person, it'll really piss her off! LOL
