Re: WW weekly weigh in

I am feeling a little discouraged (again!) We had a wake and funeral last week and it was an eat fest - since we were out of the house so much and because of the weather, I didn't want to go out and exercise. Yesterday, someone brought in candy corn and I pass the table 50x a day, so of course I was munching on it. So I am trying to get back on track today, and so far I am staying away from the candy (yes, there is more today....)

UGH!

You are under rough conditions. Shake off the eating guilty, and just start writing down everything, including candy. Even if you are going over, or not adding, just write it down, and then in a couple of days you will be back!Chat Icon

I had my 17th week WI last night. Down 1.8 lbs. I'm down 42.4 lbs now! Chat Icon They keep wanting me to set my goal weight, but I'm not ready too. My original goal weight was 135. BUt there are many areas I'd still like to lose weight. I started out at 178.4 and I'm now down to 137.2!!!

The only thing I have to say is.....

Where did my (.) (.) go??? Chat Icon

I used to have nice one's! Chat Icon

wow Melissa that is awesome! Chat Icon

what would you say the biggest change contributing to the loss has been for you?
Writing foods down? Counting? Eating better? Less? Share your tips!!!

You are like the poster child for WW! LOLChat Icon

YEAH!!! Chat Icon

Everyone is doing soooo good!

I really can't tell you how I've been losing the weight? I've even been eating Fuddruckers 1/3 lb. burger with cheese and fries and stuffed shells, chicken parm... fast food. I definitely believe that you can eat whatever it is you want to as long as you calculate and count points everyday. You have to stick with the program and it'll work!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I had my 18th week WI on Monday night... I'm down another 1.6. Making it a total of 43.8 lbs. It's starting to come off a lot slower, but I'll take it. I'm just about at my goal weight (I still didn't set one just yet), but in my mind it's my goal weight.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Not such a great weigh in for me this week. I am up .2
It is hardly anything, so I feel like I stayed the same. I just have to work harder this week, so I can lose for next week.
