But... that makes no sense. If he planned on killing his wife, he certainly wouldn't ask HER to arrange it. The affidavit states that he KNEW that the fake profile was his wife.

I dont' know that i would even lie about something like killing someone or plotting a murder.
Even with that affadavit.
I'd be too nervous they wouldn't believe me.

This whole story sounds ridiculous and these people sound like 2 idiots! Seriously, how dumb would you have to be to ask a random teenage girl from fb to help arrange your wife's murder? I find this whole thing nauseatingly stupid . . .

They called the notary in to attest to the signature, date and validity of the notary.
This went around my law firm as an example of the importance of following the notary laws and rules (person has to come in, with id, sign in front of you, etc)

He didn't though, he suspected the random teenager was his ex trying to set him up, and he was right!
