i probably would, my neighbor rang our doorbell around 12:30ish once when my car was hit i was very appreciative of that cause my dh was there to help me deal with it rather than me dealing by myself in the morning

I would hope someone would ring my bell and let me know! That would be such a hassle in the morning.

As for me ringing someone else's bell-I would be nervous that they would be annoyed so unless I knew them well, I don't know if I would...

Unless it was an extreme emergency, I would not ring someone's doorbell at 1am.

ETA: I'm the Queen of leaving my lights on IN the car and I've never had a dead battery because of it.

I would-

Nothing worse than waking up to a dead battery- especially if your running late or have an emergency.

Yes, I would feel bad, but if it was my car, I would definitely appreciate it.

Probably not, but I would be so happy of someone did that to me. It would really suck to be stuck at home with 2 kids and a dead car battery.

we knocked on our elderly neighbors door and 10.30pm once to tell her her light was on, She never answered the door but at least our conscience was clean I could never sleep knowing I didnt try to tell her. her car was fine in the morning though- thank goodness.

yes a dead battery would suck. But it happens! Get a cab!
