You have no idea what he was doing.
Was going to say almost the same thing- only if you saw them in the truck having sex or doing something inappropriate in the truck.

I wouldn't, no idea what's going on as others mentioned.
There was a FedEx truck that parked in the back of my old building's lot EVERY morning.. allll the way in the back where there were no other cars and there was always a silver car parked halfway behind it (trying to hide, I suppose). It was fairly obvious what was going on in that truck since neither driver was ever seen.. If the truck's a rockin don't come a knockin!
We referred to him as the "dirty" Fedex driver.. wasn't the same guy that delivered to our building. That went on for well over a year!

Actually I'd prefer his booty calls to be taken care of in someone's house and not on my package!!
I really wouldn't report it though because it's none of by business and it really doesn't affect me. I don't care much what others do, esp when it doesn't affect me negatively.
HOWEVER... the UPS driver who played ring and run with my package did tick me off!! He basically rang the bell and before I even got down the stairs he was halfway in his truck. He rang the bell at 7:45 am and ALL I did was get up and start walking downstairs. I didn't even take my time. He was just expecting no answer and looking to run off. I HATE that shiz!! That's something i would report them for. BUT since I got my package and when he saw me he came back to my door to hand me my package, I didn't report him. IF he would have driven off and not given my my package, then I would have reported him.
That's a scenario that affects me. His booty calls.. I couldn't care less about (unless we are talking about a kid here.. then that's another story).
