would you cut my kids hair
Dylan has some crazy hair,since he was born..at 4 and a half month it is quite long and basically has a life of it's own..it cannot be styled,it goes up and down..most say it is cute,some look at me like i am crazy
i get 50/50 answers on if i should get a trim..my mother says no way not until he is 1,i think it will be past his shoulders by then

He is Edible I dont know....if it bothered me as in he always looked messy and unkempt then maybe I would do a trim but if its manageable then you can hold off...I dont believe that you have to wait until after they are one to cut their hair.

My DS is 13 months and he's already had three haircuts. He needed it. His hair was constantly in his eyes and caked with food. I think it looks adorable the way it is, but don't stress about cutting it "too early"

My DS has hair just like this! My husband trimmed it when he was about 5 months just so he didn't have bangs hanging in his face. His baby hair never fell out and we probably cut it about 3 times before his first birthday.

He is the cutest thing!!!! Maybe you can trim it just a little? I kinda like the messy look of it...one of my daughters always has a piece in the back that sticks straight up no matter how you comb it and I love it lol

My bear always had crazy hair from the time she was born. You would not (or perhaps you would) believe the number of people that told me to cut it. My mom threatened to take her while I was at work (she knows better though, lol). I waited until she was 14.5 months old. Now I'm getting the "when is she getting her next haircut."
Do whatever the eff YOU want. I love his hair!!!

He's so cute, omg! I want to just to smush him!
I'm in the boat to leave it. I'm weird and have that old wives tale in my head that I can't cut their hair until they say their first word. But that's me and I'm crazy.
My son is like yours, his hair now goes down his nose and flows over his ears. I said by his first bday, it'll be lushes locks that all the men, women and baby girls are jealous of.

He is adorable. My son's hair was like your son's hair but even longer. What I did was trim the hair that covered his eyes at 3 months old. He got his first real hair cut later, but I would trim his bangs monthly once they got past his eyebrows.

OMG he is so cute! I would leave it. DS's hair is the same way. He's almost 1 and I'm about to get it cut on his birthday. It's a crazy, wild head of hair but I know I will miss it when it's gone. Enjoy all the silly pics you can take now!

Oh my gosh!! That is a thick head of hair! I'd get it trimmed soon. But I'd wait a month or so until he can sit up KWIM?

Don't cut it, it will tame itself on it's own. DD had a lot of wild hair, I still have not cut it and she is almost 3.
