last name starts with B and live in Westbury if its going by school district starts with E.

I'm still confused about this. Do you only get the refund if you currently get a STAR discount? Our previous owner removed the STAR from our house and then we didn't close in time to make the cut-off for this year, so we are paying real taxes for 2006.
Do you think we'll get anything???
