they are sending it out in alphabetical order....by School district....so depending on your school district name will depend on when you get it....

I posted this on another thread but these rebates are going to be taxed. So the avg NYer will get 36% less.

HUH?? What does that have to do with getting the check?
Its not going to be taxed persay....it will be deducted from your deductions....

I got a letter/postcard from my state senator that he was influential in getting us this money
but I thought my amount was higher - but I see it's only $215 :(

Check amounts will not change. But you will have to report it as income and have to pay taxes on it. But essentially its going to be the check amount less your tax bracket.
