I don't "diet", I never really have b/c I am very limited in what I like to eat so I just try to watch my portions (not over eat) and try to "pinch" where I can.
The main thing I do and I plan on increasing as my New Years resolution is going to the gym. I go now here and there but I want to start going 3-4 times a week steadily.

mine starts tuesday. I'm having Wendy's tonight as a sort of last hurrah. I have 2 weddings coming up, and i'm in one of them. That's my motivation, plust i'm really hoping to bet preggers this year.

And I have new yoga dvd and work out dvd. I plan on stickng to loosing weight and being in shape.
A group of us at the office are also doing group WW where the leader comes to our office.
The new me here I come
