I can never get over the fact that Adele seems be the quintessential crazy ex-girlfriend/stalker. While she has a beautiful haunting voice, I really want to slap her and tell her to get over it. I feel the same way about Taylor Swift.
I heard a comedian once say that Adele and Taylor should right songs titled "Maybe it's Me" lol!!!

Who else can't get enough of the new Adele song?!
the only thing i found remotely riveting was her awesome make up & cool style. i did not hear a lot of depth in the words, but her voice is rockin'.

Just sounds like more of the same from her.
Don't get me wrong. She has amazing pipes and I'll golf clap her until the cows come home for being an ACTUAL talent (unlike some of these pop disasters). But it was a bit snoozy for me.
I agree. Not my favorite.
I agree. I'm not really an Adele fan anyway. She's got a nice voice, but her music doesn't really grab me.
And when I heard her say "Hello" first, I think of that Lionel Richie song.

You know, I think that is what it is. No depth- at least for me. It's just another break-up song.

I heard it for the first time this morning on the radio while driving into work. It's an extremely emotional song. I love that she has such a unique ability to evoke raw emotion through her voice. She's so incredibly talented.

Oh yes!! I do love "Someone like you" because the music is so beautiful, but I always refers to it as "The song of a friendly stalker"
And this song is no different!
I say it's time she wrote a whole new song with a different theme, titled "To get over someone you need to get under someone!"
