Where do you live and is your road plowed?
I'm in Rocky Point and although DH dug a spot for me to back my car out, its not happening. Our road looks like it was plowed once in the middle of the blizzard and my stupid neighbor across the street parked their car right behind my driveway and never dug it out so theres a WALL of snow drifts up against it. If you know Rocky Point, you know how narrow the roads are and theres no room for me to get out.
I hate to call in to work - we dont get paid for calling in on snow days unless we have a drs note - but I've had both kids in the car for a half hour and keep getting stuck in my own driveway and didnt even make it to out unplowed road yet.

Queens...main roads were good ..side streets ehhh...okay bc people have driven on them but NOT plowed, mote like okay bc of traffic...

North Bellmore- so so. The street we live on only one car can go one way, and to get out on the main roads, the same thing. I was so scared this am when leaving my block.

Ronkonkoma. They plowed once Saturday night, but I was outside almost all day Sunday, and never saw a plow come by. The roads don't have huge piles of snow on them, but they are far from clear. Even the bigger roads, like the end of Motor Pkwy and large parts of Vets Hwy weren't that clear.

i am plowed but my mom was NEVER plowed not even once. so she and her DH are stuck. William floyd last night was HORRIBLE. and i am not looking forward to this drive in

As of 2pm yesterday my house in levittown - the street wasnt plowed.
N Bellmore where we are staying, the street was plowed all night. They kept coming down the block every few hours

We're in Islip Terrace. Carleton Avenue is completely plowed, I'm surprised at the phenomenal job they did. Not a bit of snow or ice in the street in front of my house 
However, when you get on the Southern State Parkway just off Carleton, it's still a mess all the way down to about Deer Park Avenue  What were they thinking letting it freeze up like that?!?!

I'm in Sayville. It's plowed.. but not particuarly well.
My office complex has the WORST PLOWJOB ever (Hauppauge). It's insane... Half the parking lot is just NOT plowed so I hope there are a lot of absences today or many folks will have no place to park. I made my own space... I hope I'm able to unpark tonight!!

our section of the block was plowed once, and not well. Its only got a few houses on it and there's really no reason to come down here unless you live here, but still. We've been here 6 years and they've never left it like this before.
Most of the other streets in my neighborhood are decent. Luckily we closed my office today :)

My neighbor told me that the plow drivers in the Town of Babylon went on strike so we didnt get plowed until late Sunday night and the streets are still a mess in the area.

We are in the Village of Valley Stream and the roads were plowed but they use a sand and salt mixture (mostly sand) so they're still slick and will be for awhile.  The county roads are horrible though but DH made a good point that the county doesn't have any money

We live in Lake Grove and our street was plowed once (meaning a plow made one pass down our street so there really was only room for one car to go through) They didn't sand or anything. Our neighbors actually went out with their snowblowers and cleared more snow so cars could actually get down our block.

Lindenhurst. They plowed that two cars can fit next to each other, not all the way to the curb, but still enough. I made sure to put my car in the driveway so that they plow 'nice' in front of my house. Anyone can easily park in front and still leave room for anyone to pass.

Farmingdale - We're plowed pretty well. Side streets aren't done as well as the main roads, but that's expected.
