Where do you ladies buy your pant suits?
I'm looking to get a new suit for spring and I'm having such a hard time.
My job doesn't require me to wear suits very often so it's been a while since I've bought one- but I figured it's always good to have an updated one for spring/summer on hand for when I need it.
I'm looking for something not too stuffy or conservative (we are a pretty casual company). I really want something modern with some nice/different details to it- as opposed to a plain black suit.
Any suggestions for where I can find something like that. I was in Macy's today and everything was SUPER conservative and totally not me!

I think Banana has some great summer-weight suiting. Ann Taylor and Loft also have some nice, casual suits. The cropped suit pant is big....oh, this is going to be moved to fashion!

Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft.
They are the only ones I can fit in without having to get tailored.

ditto- Theory is my fav - the cuts are so stylist- but not trendy- they work well on my body
check out bloomies when they have a sale- I never paid full price

i have such trouble finding pant suits!
i am petite and the butt and back of the thighs of the pants are always so baggy on me.
i usually end up buying skirt suits.

I have had a lot of success at Macy's. you can't beat their sales and coupons  I got a Tahari suit there for $130. I also got a black w/white pinstripe Jones NY suit for $85!

I usually do Ann Taylor or JCrew, but mine are pretty conservative. A friend just got a very nice more trendy one at the Kenneth Cole outlet in Riverhead. Calvin Klein has nice ones too, and they also have an outlet there.

Ann Talor Loft. The suits are trendy but go through many seasons. I have some pants suits that are 5 years old and still wear them. Good quality as well.

I would look at TJ MAXX they had these really cool suits there by a woman, I can'tr remember her name. Tahari suits have some cute detailing too

Ann Taylor Loft--I wear their suits a lot, they never go out of style and i get 10000 compliments on them

I actualy just bought a few at burlington coat factory. One was really nice, brown textured with an aqua detailing.

filenes basement has some great deals on Calvin Klein, Ann Klein, Tahari and Jones NY suits. I just got an Ann Klein for $75. They have petites too.
