When is it too late to send out a birth announcement?
I still haven't done them yet and DD is 6 weeks. I don't love any the pictures we have so far for an announcement. I want to either get professional pics or do one on my own but DD has acne and cradle cap so she isn't looking her best right now. It is getting better so hopefully it will be ok in the next week or so. When will she be too "old" for the photo for an announcement? Also, is it late to send out the announcement when the baby is 3 months old?

I would say, if the wedding announcement has already gone out, it is probably too late 
My gf had her baby on December 24, I got the announcement last week or the week prior. I think you are still OK!
