I usually wait until Jan 6th but our real tree had seen better days as we rounded out Christmas....we took it all down & put away yesterday. The house feels so empty but I'm loving the clean feel again.

WE got a late start this year. Tree only went up and got decorated the Friday before Christmas. So I'm leaving up a bit longer, will take down this weekend probably.

Once the tree doesn't look so hot anymore - we took them down on Monday since the tree was really dry and dropping needles everywhere.
We still have our outside decorations up and I still have my picture cards on display (although the baby started to help me take those down yesterday).

We take everything down after Three Kings Day. However, we're having some work done tomorrow right behind where the Christmas tree is, so we need to take that down tonight this year.

I normally take them down after La Befana (3 King's day).
This year I took them down the day after Christmas - I couldn't stand the needles from our tree this year.
We always cut our own down every year. This year something prevented us from going, so we bought one at a tree stand on the street and the thing died within a week of putting it up

I usually do it anytime after January 6th but this year I did it on New Years Day. I get the Christmas blues so I was trying to get everything back to normal sooner rather than later.

I took them down Sunday. I normally leave them up until after New Year's but the way the weekend fell it just was easier for me to do it early.

Usually the weekend after Christmas. This year, December 26th.
They had been up since the day after Thanksgiving (as always), but this year we needed to get the house back to "normal" since I'm having a baby in a few weeks. We needed to clean out the baby's room and start painting. First step to that was packing up our Christmas stuff and making room in the garage.
