we are decorating the weekend of thanksgiving this year - havent decided when to get the tree (real or fake???) though

We are getting a real one this year and we will probably put it up around the middle of December and leave it up until New Years

As a kid, mom would do it the week of Christmas.
This will be our first tree, and we're putting it up for Thanksgiving since DH's fam will be here.
