I dont know why - I cannot get up early to exercise, its physically impossible for me

umm when I used to go running it was both
but usually mid day I have a jogging stroller and would put my daughter in it and put our headphones on and jog after we put my 8 yr old on the bus
sometimes we had other stuff going on so I would wait for DH to come home and go at 6 or 7

when we were engaged I used to work out in the morning because after work was the only time I saw my DH since we didn't live together. Now, we just started up working out again, and we do it at night.

my exercise consists of walking back and forth to the train in the AM and at night (from my house to the station, then Penn to my office) and back again. Also, taking Casey on long walks. So AM & PM!
