When are you considered full-term?
When can you safely deliver without having to worry about whether or not your baby is developed fully?

37 weeks. I remember because I went into labor right after my 37 week appointment.

Re: When are you considered full-term?
37 weeks for single pregnancies and 36 for multiples. Even at "full term" they still test the babies lungs to make sure they are fully developed..

Re: When are you considered full-term?
37 weeks is considered full term. But that doesn't necessarily mean the baby is ready to come which is why they often do an amnio if you need to be induced or sectioned before 39 weeks.
