play the piano- I started when I was like 5 and then stopped when we moved, I wish I kept it up
sports- I wish I had played on a team in HS, Im not good at any sport.
swim- I wish I knew hot to, because I dont know how - Im afraid of the water and that limits me especially when we go away.

me too I don't know how to swim. 
Me 3!! I mean I can doggy paddle & I am sure I could save myself, but I would love to be able to swim laps for exercise!

- speak italian
- make a french braid on myself
- cook like grandma!
- be a strong swimmer (i can swin, just not good)

-speak greek (so I could communicate better w/ my grandma)
-be a better cook
-ski, and other sports
-paint (like oil on canvas, etc. I used to go to F.I.T and loved all kinds of art work, I kind of stopped and would love to have continued it)
-dive off a diving board, LOL-I could never do it!

Knit, play golf and the biggest one, surfing- I tried it several times and even own a board but I am just too scared when the waves come at me.

That's another one. My nephew is deaf. DH learned it many years ago so they could communicate, but doesn't use it enough since he moved to LI to remember it.
DH and I took a class through the adult ed, it was really good - you should look into it. I know Nassau CC offers it too.

I want to learn how to surf really bad!! The prices for lessons are crazy here on the island. I was going to just teach myself but I would rather borrow a board and see if I like it before i invest!!
