What’s for dinner
I didn’t order Hello Fresh this week and I’m trying to use up what I have instead of running to the store to make new things when my freezer and pantry is full.
I’m making cheese with Spaetzle (Käsespätzle), but with Appenzeller cheese. Never made it before.

We're pretty boring tonight - burgers with everything buns and fries. Never tried the everything buns so I'm kind of excited about them. LOL.

No clue as I am on a "staycation" which means nothing really different than any other week. 
Might just do pasta with meat sauce as not sure who will be around at dinner time.

My dinner turned out well.
Next on the list is a Pretzel Dumpling with a mushroom cream sauce. Hopefully, I can get to this this weekend.

Anyway you can tell me the meat cut you used? I don’t need the American cut, but rather the part of the cow you used. I just usually bring a diagram to the butcher since the meat is cut differently here.

The veggie meatballs were from the frozen food section. :) I originally got them b/c I was going to have veggie meatball sub sandwiches but I never got around to using them that way.

I made Egg Roll in a Bowl. It was yum and super easy. I also added about a tbsp of peanut butter to the mix to give it a Thai twist.
