What type of air in the nursery?

What is everyone doing about A/C or fans in the baby's room? Right now we don't have any lighting in the room so I was thinking about a fan but they kind of make me nervous (I know I'm ridiculous). And I really don't want to plan to put an A/C in there in case one of the cribs is really close to it. Oh and in a perfect world I'd have CAC but we don't Chat Icon, so what does everyone plan on doing?

I am leaning towards a ceiling fan - thank you for the recommendation, I wouldn't even have thought to look there!

Re: What type of air in the nursery?

ceiling fan. For when it is hot, I just have to leave the doors open and the AC in the other rooms makes it very comfy...I don't want it too cold. And, if it gets too stuffy with the heat, the fan will circulate the air.

Gianna absolutely loves ceiling fans, she stares and smiles at mine in my bedroom. We have central air, but I want to put one in her room just to keep her entertained Chat Icon

Thanks everyone - I think we'll go with the ceiling fan! We have a strong A/C in one of the main rooms that might get that room cool enough on those really hot days!!!

Re: What type of air in the nursery?

Our room is adjoining so we leave the door open and let our A/C keep DD's room cool.

Re: What type of air in the nursery?

We are going to be in our one bedroom apartment a while longer, so we have no choice but A/C. I am going to square off a corner for the baby with a dresser that will block the A/C from blowing on the baby.
