What to bring to a new mommy in the hospital?
So I'm sooo soo excited because my best friend had her baby  today! I'm going to visit her tomorrow and I feel like I should bring something. Anyone have any suggestions?

How about a lovely basket for her? You could put some hand cream, lotion, comfy socks, lottery tickets, etc...

I am obsessed with the edible arrangements. I was actually going to order one for myself - but then my grandmother passed away and the girls sent one to me. I just finished the last ch. covered strawberry last night.

Edible arrangements or choco covered strawberries def a good choice.
Even better something that isn't bulky that they have to schlep home when she's released.
Gift card to fav restaurants is another good one, she'll need them when they bring baby home.

Does she like candy or chocolate? I couldn't have it because I had GD. That was my favorite gift to the hospital..chocolate truffles!
I think the edible arrangement sounds great! I would have loved that!

My girlfriend was a big candy eater as a kids --- now & laters, mentos, sweetarts, nerds, etc ... I bought her a shopping bag full of treats to snack on in the hospital and at home.
