What time do you go to bed and..
what time do you wake up in the AM?
I try to go to bed by 10pm (a little late on that tonight because of all of Barb's posts --- SO MUCH to read!  )
and wake up at 5:15.

Between 10-11pm most nights and I am up by 7-7:30. Well most of the time I wake up when DH's alarm goes off at 6:30 and I try to doze for the extra 1/3 hour or so.

Completely depends these days.
I tried to go to bed at 8:45 but I'm wide awake.
Now that I'm not working I sleep in late... 5:30 to 6:00am

weekdays
sleep- 2am
wake up - 6am
weekends-
sleep- whever the days activites are over
wake up- around1-2pm

I TRY to go to bed around midnight and be up around 8. Doesn't always work out that way, though.

When I am working, bed 12-1 am. Wake up at 7.
Not working 2-3 AM. Wake up around 11ish.

I tend to lay in bed and watch TV, wind up falling asleep between 8:45 and 9:30.
Up every morning by 5:45.

around 12pm-1am-ish and wake up at 8am (eventually get out of bed at 8:20am) on work days... everything else varies, but not too far from that.
