Size 2 or 3 depending on brand (Pampers vs. Huggies). At 13 months she is in size 3 regardless of the brand.

Size 3. DD is 9 months and 28" tall and 20 pounds. They fit her pretty good yet.

No way!! Elizabeth just switched over to size 4s at that point and is still wearing them, although she may be ready for 5s now.
