if i did the math correctly, its about 30% of our net monthly income (i.e., after tax/benefits are taken out).

DH gets paid on commission and we also pay extra principal each month but I'm estimating we're in the range of 25% of net income give or take some depending on what his checks are each month. I also get paid weekly so some weeks are 5 paycheck months which gives us extra for those months.

Ours is about the same. We usually pay more towards the principal so the numbers are a little higher.

Around 45% of net -- includes condo maintenance fee, taxes, PMI, and of course the principal

Ours with everything includes (insurance/taxes-PMI) is going to be estimated btwn 36-38%
eta- that is the percent of our net incoume, not gross...

33% net (ho, tax, mtge) and that doesn't include overtime

when DH is employed (hopefully he will get the job this week) about 28% of gross for both properties.
It's about 38% net.
Those gross numbers don't mean anything for affordability. You have to take into account all of your financial responsibilities.
If it's just my salary then 48% gross, 70% net...scary.

about 35% of our net, but that also includes home owner's insurance and taxes, so it's actually less than that.

Mines the same but WITH taxes and homeowners and we HAVE car payments and cc bills!
