What is your 7 -9 month doing?

I want to know what is your 7-9 month doing? My daughter is a ex preemie she was born 11 weeks early she weigh only 2lbs when she was born stay in the hospitial for 171 days. She gets PT once a month. She doing well.


For example, is your baby doing standing, rolling, talking or siting up.


My daughter so far is taliking she knows how to say da da.

She started to says bye bye

She is siting up has not mastered the crawling yet.

She not standing yet her legs are still little weak the dr said she has a little bit of low tone but she is trying.

Kailey is 7 months today & has been crawling since 5.5mo. she is not pulling herself to a kneel & loves to stand when you hold her hands.
This week she finally started to cut her 1st tooth.
She loves peek-a-boo & sorta does patty-cake, but no waving bye bye yet.

DD took her first steps at 8.5 months, and today she walked about 4 feet! She will be 9 months on the 30th!

Crawling, sitting up, and pulling himself up to stand. He climbed the stairs yesterday

Kristina is 8 months 15 days

She has 6 teeth I think more are on their way down b/c she is getting diaper rash back, and she is on and off drooly again.

Says mamamamamama all the time

Just started clapping hands today

Is a pro on sitting up and will even stand up with her hands on the floor - NO CRAWLING but does do the army scoot - especially if i lay out Puffs in a trail and she is working her way to each one!

Is almost perfect with finger foods - Puffs and Wheels we are golden... she fed herself her own steak last night, i took care of the pasta and the vegetables.

ETA: she will take steps if you hold her hands.

chelsea turned 9 months on the 22nd.

She can roll everywhere!

She can feed herself with her fingers.

She can clap and wave goodbye

She can shake her head no. When I shake my head and say no she mimics me.

She just started to crawl everywhere.

She cut her 1st tooth yesterday.

she can pull herself up into a kneeling position.

She says mama and dada but doesn't realize what they mean yet.

She can take steps if we hold her hands and when she hears music she dances.

My guy is seven months.

He can sit upright
reach for objects that are in front of him
pick up objects
gives mommy the wettest, sloppiest most delicious kisses ever.
holds a bottle by himself and tries to feed it to himself
say mamamama
army crawl
rocks on all fours.
has his two bottom teeth
two more are about to come in on top.
and "calls" out for mommy and daddy when he sees us.

walks if we hold is hands.

Also wanted to add - she's drinking her water out of a straw sippy cup! I almost when I saw it!

Wow - my son seems so behind compared to your babies!

At 9.5 months he is crawling well, pulls himself up and cruises furniture. he is just starting to let go and stand on his own for a couple of seconds. he can walk while pushing a toy or holding on to our hands. He can climb the stairs really well.

As far as food goes, he can pick up and put puffs in his mouth but usually he chooses not to. he is a bad eater. This morning he did something odd though, he wouldnt let me give him the bottle, he took it from me and fed himself. That was a first but I doubt it will continue. He will normally take about an ounce from the bottle himself and then expect me to hold it for him.

He is babbling, mamamamamama, dadadadada and some other things but has no association with what they mean. He understands No and bye bye. Sometimes he will wave bye bye but not always.

I can't believe some of your babies are already talking! That's crazy!

Colin is 8.5 mos old.

He babbles incessantly with no discernible words except that we *think* "Ga!" is for things he likes or is excited about - he's pretty consistent with that.

Physically, he's a crawling - standing maniac and he's beginning to cruise. We had to get him first walker shoes last week because he needed the soles not to slip at home (hardwood) and daycare (linoleum) and the support for his ankles I am really hoping against hope that he begins to plateau but there are absolutely no signs of it. More likely it seems he'll be walking by Christmas

I'm keeping my next baby a newborn until they go to kindergarten

ETA: forgot to mention teeth. He currently has six (bottom 2 middle, top four middle) and is teething hard again - I think bottom sides this time.

Ds is 8 mths. He can:

* Sits up and crawsl like a demon. Yesterday, he crawled from the living room, through the kitchen and made a bolt to the front door!

* Just started pulling himself up. He did it in the crib and we lowered it immediately! He pulls is but up in the air and is trying to figure out how to stand.

* Has been saying dada for a few weeks and said mama yesterday

* Eats Cheerios when feed - hasn't wanted to figure out how to put them in his own mouth. Loves feeding himself bananas and the Gerber Graduate cookies and toast.

* Holds his bottle ONLY when he is super hungry - otherwise he is lazy and wants to be feed.

* He has been drinking from cups and sippy cups since he was 5.5 mths.

* No teeth yet but I see buds

* Claps hands for patty cake but does it with fists have closed.

* Has been giving sloppy wet kisses (with tongue - LOL)! We keep saying he may have part French in him
