What is the deal with shellfish exactly?
I hear that you should stay away from it or eat it in moderation. I never eat it but I had a craving for seafood salad to put on my bagel for lunch. They only had shrimp salad-is that bad because they are bottom-dwellers? I'm a little grossed out now.

I was told shellfish is okay, I love my stuffed clams and shrimp!
it's the high mercury fishies you need to eat in moderation or stay away from I was told.

I was told I can eat as much shrimp as I want (hope thats right!)...they only told me to limit "large white fish" (like tuna, swordfish, I think sea bass, etc), they limited that no more than once or twice a week.
