what do you wear to a bridal shower?
When I was the bride, I wore jeans and a cute top. Honestly it wasn't even a real shower, it was just lunch with my the ladies in my family and friends. I didn't want gifts. I didn't want games. I was kind of boring that way 
I'm just wondering, to a typical shower, if the bride gets all dolled up in a cute dress, do you do too?

Usually black pants & a nice dressy shirt. I've never worn a dress to a shower, but I think it's okay to do so.

I usually wear dresses and skirts. Although I do not wear them, I think dress pants are acceptable as well.

This time of the year I wear a casual summer dress. In winter I will wear either a sweater dress or black pants and a nice shirt or sweater. I have never wear jeans but, then again, I don't really see anyone in jeans the showers I have gone to so I think it depends on the location and the crowd.

I almost always wear a dress. The 2 I had this winter I wore dresses with tights and boots.
The 2 I have had this summer were cute light weight dresses with strappy sandals.

it depends, is it inside, outside, what time of year... i generally make my decision the day of depending on the weather...
i didnt even decide what to wear for my own shower until that morning... and i wore jeans and a sweater

I usually wear a cute dress, especially in spring/summer. If it's in the fall/winter, I might wear a pencil skirt & blouse instead. Depends on where the shower is.
