what do you eat for dinner when DH isnt home?
I am looking for some ideas for tonight -I feel like eating something yummy..and maybe even bad for me.

Same here...although sometimes I'm really lazy and I'll just have yogurt or cereal!
I'll do cereal too! But then I usually get hungry a couple hours later and make microwave popcorn

I could have totally posted this! I eat sushi once a week now, but throw in a few extra days when DH is working late. It's SO GOOD, yet a little expensive...
We need a SUSHI icon on this thing!!!

Chinese!! I am a chinese-food-aholic!! DH can't have it more than like three times a year. So when we are solo for dinner thats my dinner of choice!!

Since I eat dinner alone 5 out of 7 nights a week, I try to make sure I actually cook a meal for myself or else I'd be eating crap all the time. I'll usually cook 3-4 nights a week a regular meal, then one, sometimes two nights a week just eat a bagel or a muffin or cereal or soup or something like that.

Beans and rice with veggies. I love this dish, but DH doesn't like beans, so I almost never make it anymore.
