really what table food and about how much? and when did you give real peas?

I started giving her real peas around 10 months I think.

I fed her puffs, yogurt, cheese, steamed carrots, peas, bits of waffle or pancake

she was still getting pureed baby food too at that point.

At 10 months old I still give pureed foods to make sure we get enough in him and then also ....cheese, toast, cheerios, pretzels, yogurt, banana, sweet potatoes, potatoes, smiley fries, french fries (reg and sw.pot) chicken nuggets, meatloaf, pastina, pancakes, eggs, pasta pickups, gerber graduate meals,

as you can see he eats alot!

anything we ate ds got... by 10 months he actually could finish a childrens meal at applebees

DD is 10 months old. She gets mostly baby food still but I usually give her things that we are eating. She has gotten string beans, chicken, pasta, bread, cheese, puffs, yogurt, bananna, soup, mash potatoes, etc.
