What can I give her to eat/drink to keep her "regular"?
aside from prunes.
I swear she's crankier when she's having a hard time going. I''m kind of tired of cleaning up the bathtub every night when she does it in there.

Pear juice!! or even just pears, they will keep her regular. But pear juice will help in right away and also try to increase her water intake, by giving it to her in between meals, or just "watering" down her formula. We have done this for 2 months and DD's Bm's are never hard or constipated and she is predispotioned for being stopped up.
IF you make 6 ounces of formula, 1 ounce of that would be water.
Foods higher in fiber, like peas, carrots
What else does she eat that could be binding?
Cheese, rice cereal, breads, meats can be binding too.

Pears, or peas, that's what we give Alex. Virtually any "green" veggie will help you out...
