I grew up and went to West Islip Schools, and also recently purchased a house in West Islip. The schools are rated very high, and they do offer a lot of programs. When I speak to my neighbors they all are extremely happy with the schools.

My sister taught in the district for a year or two. She loved it and would go back in a heartbeat (she moved out of the area)
