School district boundaries
Does anyone know of a site where you can see the lines drawn for the district boundaries on Long Island? And even the lines within the boundaries (like the lines for which elementary school, etc?).

I know Hagstom maps (not online) has school district boundaries. I'm not sure where you would find something for particular elementary schools though. I would think they may shift at times due to population chnages within the district.
