Weird boob question (for second time moms..)
OK..
this is going to sound weird. But I am about 36 weeks. For the past few days, my boobs have been very engorged, painful and honestly feel like they did when my milk was coming in the first time around...but that happened 4 days after I had DS which is totally normal.
I actually put ice on them earlier...I just don't get it. I googled engorgement BEFORE delivery and really didn't find much other than breasts can become swollen, but if i didn't know any better they feel like after you have the baby! Anyone else get this???

just admit the fact that you have abnormally large breasts. isn't that why john married you in the first place?

Yes, sadly it is the reason  LOL!
And yes I do have large ones to begin with...but this is more than just getting bigger..they have stabbing pains going down them, and are hot to the touch. There are areas where the skin is very red...seriously, exactly like they were after having johnny.
But I'm pretty sure baby  is still in there?! lol

It's possible your body is primed & ready to go. Breast pain in normal when you're pregnant but not like you're describing.
I'd call your ob to get checked out that you don't wind up with an infection before delivery.
