Water Pressure/ Now happening to my kitchen sink as well!
the water pressure in our shower has always been amazing...until yesterday.
Now, its practically dribbling out. The sinks seem fine. Nothing has changed.
Any clue? Please?

There's a chance that residue is blocking the "screen" inside the shower head. There should be a small washer or gasket type of thing or the entire top of the head near the opening where the water comes out that unscrews revealing the screen with can be cleaned & put back in.

Hope that works!!!! Its probably not a broken pipe because you'd have all hot or cold depending on which pipe broke.
Also do you have two knobs or one?
Sometimes the "shower body" can become worn out if its one knob or handle & the innards can be replaced

try the screen, if not you may need a plumber to take that one knobbed puppy apart & check it out!

Well, now I noticed that its happening to the kitchen sink too...on and off...no pressure, then it will come back...no other water in the house is on...
W T H?
Do I call the water company? A plumber?

I know it's a long shot and I'm not sure where you live but they're flushing the hydrants in my neighborhood this week.
I hope you find the source soon and that it's not a problem! You've checked your hot water heater too for any obvious problems, right?
Good luck Lisa.  I have used A-1 plumbing for our own issues and our cesspool replacement if you need a recco. PotofLuck has used them also.

the pressure was ok at 7 am when I took a shower, but halfway through it started dribbling out...

Call the water company.
we did, but they couldn't come for days
turns out its the water filtration system we have on the main line going into the house
the filter was recently changed but for some reason sediment was clogging it
so, all fixed now
