I have a Britta filter on my faucet and I use that when making his bottles.
We have the same thing and that's what I use for DD's bottles.

we use poland springs
we have a water cooler in our house...
my doc recommends dasani- i don't know why though.
Dasani and Aquafina are both purifed tap water, whereas Poland Spring and Deer Park are spring water (as prior posters said there no regulations for Spring water).
My ped recommended purifed, tap or distilled.
