This is the third time I went to them, but I've gone to a different one each time (all here in Illinois.) I have always LOVED the pictures they take, but the other 2 PP I went to had a really long wait for the various steps (taking pics, uploading them, picking the poses/sheets, and then picking the sheets up.) This one was fantastic. I was so pleased -- especially considering that it's holiday time. DD was not very happy in the beginning -- didn;t want to take her coat off, just wanted to "goooooo." I thought we were done before we even started, but the photographer knew just what to do to make her come around. The results were pretty good. I was very happy. but it all depends on who you get there, so it could be a completely different experience at a different location with different staff.
