Chop:
onion
garlic clove
3 carrots
3 stalks celery
some red potatoes
a leek
a parsnip
a turnip
some parsley
some dill
Sautee in Olive Oil onions and garlic. Add carrots and celery. Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes. Add a Knorrs Vege. boulion cube. If needed add a bit of water. Add salt and pepper. Add a spoonful of Better than Boulion. Keep stirring. Finally, fill stock pot with water. Cover. Boil. When the water has boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add a handful of pastina. Season to taste.
