Update...we made an offer.
My Dh and I went out yesterday looking at houses and we think we found it. I'm not going to jinx myself yet by giving away any info. We're going back out again on Sunday and maybe we'll make an offer on Sunday.

We made an offer last night on the house. She called us back late last night and said that there was another offer and the other broker won't tell my broker what the offer was. She's very sketchy on the details and all my broker keeps telling me is that a certain price will steal the house away. How does she know what will take the house if she doesn't know what the offer is in the first place? I know she's working for us but she's also working for the guy whose selling the house. My DH told her that if the seller is uncooperative, we'll walk away from the whole deal.
