I didn't have the greatest experience at Sears either. I had an appointment and waited for 45 minutes. They let someone ahead of me when it was my turn (I overheard them talking about it.). The power went out after the pictures were taken (not their fault, but annoying). Went back to get the pictures and the computers were down (again, not their fault, but still annoying). The first woman helped me make all sorts of selections that were not included in the package that was getting. And only one picture was really great, the rest were so-so. The person in the room before me was in there for almost an hour!!!! They were giving the baby a bottle! Then when I ordered the pictures, they were unable to give me the online ID # so I could view them online. They said to call the next day to get it. When I did, they had no idea what I was talking about and had me call the next day (again) to speak with a manager. I called the next day, got the number, viewed the pictures and I am absolutely shocked how expensive it is for re-prints!!!! Very frustrating. I know that a lot of it was not their fault, but no apologies or anything!

Sorry to hi-jack the thread. I think you should call and complain. I know it is busy this time of year but this is inexcusable!. . . . . .this was at Smith Haven too!

Ugh! Sorry! I used to work at SPS and it's a madhouse at this time of year. The problem is they hire all brand new people right now, so chances are you're getting someoen who just started..but go easy on 'em, they've had to deal with screamng kids, moms and yes, even fist fights all day
