i'm getting ready to leave for my out east interview. I'll update when I get back later!!!!
THEY CALLED MY REFERENCES!!!!!
That has to be a good thing right??? 
UPDATED AGAIN!!
THEY CALLED FOR A 2nd INTERVIEW!!!
That was the last step in the process. THis is with the prinicpal. I have it Monday morning at 8 am!!!

I'm back. I can't believe HOW well it went. That may have been the best interview I ever had.
It was a panel of 6 that interviewed myself and 4 other people. They said within a week they will call back for interviews with the Principal and that's it.
Keep your fingers crossed. This is for a business position, and it seemed like something I would really enjoy. I was actually really pysched during the interview!!

the drive was really easy actually. it took about 35 minutes to get there, so it was nothing.
If I am commuting to the city it is 45 minutes without traffic.
My Dh said if I get the job and like it out there we are going to put our house up on the market and buy a house somewhere in the middle for both of us (He works in Melville).

At the job interview I had last month, after the interview they told me that they would choose the successful candidate and call only that person's references (ended up being me!) ... if they're calling yours, you're definitely at least in the top 2. GOOD LUCK!!!
