This is what happened to me, except it happened a little later for me and I had a bleed (and currently a second bleed). Your progesterone sounds great, praying for a wonderful update!!

UPDATE 4/23, 10:30 pm:
22 DPO: Beta #5: 737, Progesterone: 101.
So, still nothing definitive. Beta rose by about 200 since Thursday. Dr. B says that there is still a chance of a vanishing twin, especially with the high progesterone, but we also have to rule out an ectopic pregnancy or a nonviable intrauterine pregnancy. He said that once my beta hits 2000, he can diagnose with a sonogram. I really hope that happens sooner than later. I'm so scared of it being ectopic.

Thanks. This is torture. No idea when it will reach 2000. I guess it depends on if my beta starts doubling again. However, I received an email from Dr. B this morning saying that he wants to see me on Tuesday for a sonogram to see if we can see an early sac, so I'm happy about that. Hopefully we'll see something in my uterus and at least be able to rule out an ectopic.
