So I have to go on MONDAY to an oral surgeon to get the wisdom tooth out that is casuing the problem. I am frekkin flipping out and I dont think they will put me out for just one tooth... even more, I have no one to go with me and I had to call in sick to work which is making me even more nuts as I had an important meeting.
The one I go to offers me the option of local or general. I prefer not to go under. Well, you'll be doing it 5 days before I get this 2nd one taken out. Good luck..I'm making my husband buy me Frosty's from Wendys since you can't have solid foods that day.

Aww! Don't freak out! DH just had 1 removed last week. Most will give you the option of going under and personally I recommend that. However, when you make the appt tell them that you may want general (can't eat or drink for 6 hours prior). Is it impacted?

Yes. They will not put you under if someone isn't with you.
