Too early to buy a Christmas tree?

Hello! This is our first Christmas in our house so we are really excited about getting a real Christmas tree. Is it too early to buy one?

What are some hints on keeping it fresh?

Where is the best/worst place to get one? They are selling them at Home Depot so we figured that would be our best bet!

TIA!

we are getting our real tree this coming Sunday. As long as you keep it watered constantly you should be ok. Ours will only be around 5-6FT tall though

The ones that are pre cut have been that way for about a week now (the ones shipped to the island). You have to water almost every day because they drink up the water so fast and the first time you let it dry out your done, the needles start to fall offChat Icon

We're cutting our own tree down. You can't get any fresher than that! Chat Icon

if we buy this early we keep it outside in water and it lasts. it gets too hot and dried out in the house. also less time to clean up the needles.

We are going on the 9th to get ours. We always cut it down so that makes it fresh. I water it everyday & a tsp of sugar...
