To my precious baby girl on her 2nd birthday...Pics included.
My darling little angel pie..
Two years ago, you were trying to make your way into this world. Two years ago, I THOUGHT I was ready for my world to be turned upside down with my precious first born finally here. Two years ago I could have never realized the complete and utter joy and happiness that you would bring me for the rest of my life.
You have become the light of my life, the center of my universe. Some people dont believe in centering their lives around their children, I do not know any other way. You are the air I breathe each and every day. You have given my life new meaning and as I have said so many times before, have completed me. For so long I was looking for that "extra piece of the puzzle." On August 22nd 2006 I finally found it in you.
You have brought so much peace and joy to everyone around you. You are smart and funny...HIGH SPIRITED and NUTTY...loving and kind...You give me reason to wake up in the morning...just your smiling face and the same words every morning.."Hi Mama, Hi Mama" make me melt each and every day. How you dance around the house whether it be in circles to Laurie Berkner or like a little rap star to Low..how you literally tease me and jump in my lap and give me kisses, and just when I think you are going to cuddle, you run away laughing. How when I put you down at night, you give me one great big bear hug before saying over and over "hand, hand" so I can hold your little hand in mine as you fall asleep. Everything about you is simple and pure, I am in awe of you!
Two years have gone by in a flash. But as fast as it went, I cannot for the life of me remember what my life was like before you came into it. On this day, your 2nd birthday, I just want you to know that you will always be the most wonderful thing I have ever done. Just like I whisper in your ear, every night before putting you down..you are my life, my miracle, my best friend. Thank you for allowing me to be your Mommy but most of all thank you for completing my world. Happy Birthday Megan Lynn.

 Happy 2nd Birthday Megan!! What a beautiful letter Noreen, she's one lucky girl to have you as her mommy! She is just gorgeous too!
ETA: I just have to tell you one more time how much she is like Lauren - she does the same thing when sucking her thumb - AND she cuddles her little RaeRae (her rabbit).
