to close the door or not close the door....
that is the question. This big Jerk I work with in our clinical office blasts his bizzare music. Me and the other Social Worker and going nuts. We went to mngmnt who hasnt been able to catch his music turned up. Why, bc he is lowering the music with the mouse when she walks in. They asked us to not have our door shuts but I cant hear myself think! This is so obnoxious!

2 things:
1 - close the door & if they ask why tell them.
2 - why do they need to "catch" him if the other employees are putting in a complaint? That seems a bit absurd to me....

no thats why mngmnt is not taking us seriously. But he is so defensive about everything thats why neither of us want to touch the issue. People have tried lowering it but apparently they cant find how to lower it on the computer system.
